This website is operated by Summer Supply Ltd the offical distributor of Fu Wax in New Zealand. By placing an order through the Fu Wax NZ Online Store you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these terms, in addition to the Site Terms.

Fu Wax is under the trading name (Summer Supply Ltd). Use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below, please read them carefully. Fu Wax NZ reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The Fu Wax NZ website is hosted by Shopify, which provide us with the e-commerce platform in order for us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment

All payments are to be made in full, inclusive of postage charges, via credit or debit card. Only one payment transaction can be made per order. Pricing on the website is listed in $NZD and will be charged in $NZD to your card. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or Debit card.

The payment system used by Fu Wax is 'Payment Express’ a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. This ensures no record of your credit or debit card details are held by, Fu Wax as this is a secure gateway payment for online payment.

We use the industry standard security protocol Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system interfaced with DPS that encodes sensitive information like your credit card number when it passes through the internet. We take our website security seriously, we have implemented reasonable security measures and have procedures in place in order to safeguard your personal details. However we cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the La Tribe Online Store. 

    Prices

    All our prices are in NZD and prices are inclusive of Goods and Service Tax (GST). Prices shown are exclusive of delivery costs.

    Disclaimer

    The price charged to your credit card may change due to exchange rate fluctuations. That is because we are based in New Zealand and we have to convert your purchase to your currency on the day the order is processed.

    Stock Availability

    In the unfortunate event that an error is made and an item is out of stock but paid for in full, you will be notified and you will receive a full refund as soon as possible. 

    Sale Items

    There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items. However if the product is faulty we will do our best to replace the product and if that isn’t possible we will refund at the sale price you purchased the product at. 

    Discounts

    Any sign-up promotions or offers can not be used on sale items. All promotions and discounts can not be used in conjunction with another.

    Lost Parcels

    If you’re not home when a driver attempts delivery, they will take it to their depot.
    If they’ve done so, you will need to get in contact with the courier company to arrange redelivery/collection. Fu Wax NZ does not take responsibility for items left.

    In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, a claim must be made within 14 days of the order date and once the investigation is completed and confirmed lost during transit, La Tribe will replace or refund the item. However, if the order can be tracked and traced to have arrived at its final destination, Fu Wax NZ is not liable for the order. 

    After 30 days of shipment date, Fu Wax will no longer be liable to claim for lost delivery or for the receival of your order, please be proactive if you have any delivery issues and we will do our best to find a solution right away. Anything outside of 30 days will need to be done independently with the courier service.

    Cancellation Policy

    Fu Wax NZ has the right to cancel any order at any time.

     

    Your information is collected simply to make your online shopping experience easy and straight forward. It is also so that La Tribe can communicate with you about products and promotions. Any information provided will be kept confidential, and not shared with any third party.

    • Address information such as physical address and postcode.
    • Demographic information including, age, dob etc.

    La Tribe secures any information that you give us when you use our website, as we are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.

    Controlling your own information

    Joining the Fu Wax database is optional, although recommended. It will allow us to keep you up to date with the latest information including what’s new in the online store. If you have signed up to our mailing list and would like to unsubscribe simply email us with unsubscribe in the subject area and we shall remove you from the list. Alternatively, you can click unsubscribe at the bottom of Fu Wax emails.
