We only ship within New Zealand
Standard delivery, 2 - 5 business days $6.00 


Fu Wax NZ offers track and trace delivery. You can track your order directly by using the tracking code that will be emailed to you upon us shipping your order. If you can’t find your tracking code, email us fuwax@summersupply.co.nz

  • Allow 2 - 3 business days for us to process your order after it is placed.
  • All orders require a signature upon delivery.
  • Please note we do not post to PO Box addresses
  • We are unable to re-route orders once they have been sent.
  • Any orders placed on weekends/public holidays will be sent the next business day.

Delivery timeframes are just an indication and Fu Wax NZ will not be held accountable for longer delivery times. Cancellations will not be accepted due to a delivery being late. A copy of your receipt will be provided via email. It is important to hold onto a copy of your receipt should you wish to return or exchange your purchase.

 Lost Parcels

If you’re not home when a driver attempts delivery, they will take it to their depot. If they’ve done so, you will need to get in contact with the courier company to arrange redelivery/collection. Fu Wax NZ does not take responsibility for items left.

In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, a claim must be made within 14 days of the order date and once the investigation is completed and confirmed lost during transit, Fu Wax NZ will replace or refund the item. However, if the order can be tracked and traced to have arrived at its final destination, Fu Wax NZ is not liable for the order. 

After 30 days of shipment date, Fu Wax NZ will no longer be liable to claim for lost delivery or for the receival of your order, please be proactive if you have any delivery issues and we will do our best to find a solution right away. Anything outside of 30 days will need to be done independently with the courier service.
